It’s simple to get started. Simply download the myMTE app on your mobile device and create an account. You can also pay your electricity bill, report an outage, and manage your energy usage in the app.
myMTE makes it easy to pay your electricity bills on the go. Simply tap on the “Pay Bill” option on the home screen, enter the bill number and amount, select the payment type, and confirm the payment. You’re done!
If you have a low- or medium-level mobile phone, you’re still able to use myMTE. Simply open the app and select the “Home” option on the top menu.
